Create or edit a Menu

On the Home Page, click the menu button in the upper left to open the sidebar.

In the sidebar, click [Menus] to open the Menus page.

In the Menus page, click [New Menu] in the upper right corner to open the New Menu tool.

In the New Menu tool, complete the following options:

1. Name: Give your menu a name that describes what you're selling, if it's part of a promotion, or the region you're focusing on.

2. Description: Add a detailed description of your menu. (Currently just for internal use, will not be visible to menu viewers)

Click [Save] in the lower right corner, which will take you back to the Menus page.

On the Menus page, the new menu should now be visible in the list. Click the new menu to go to the Menu Editor.

To add a product to this menu, click the [Add] button which will display some options:

1. Product: Select the product you want from the dropdown.

2. Price Override: You can entering a different product price in the Override box, otherwise leave it blank to use default pricing.

3. Minimum Order Quantity: To set a minimum order quantity, enter it in the Minimum Order Quantity box. This means that buyers can only place an order for this product if they order at least the minimum. Useful for ensuring an order is large enough to justify the cost of distribution.

4. Once you've entered the info you want, click [Add Product] to save your menu entry.

To remove a product from the menu, click the [Remove] button for that product and click OK in the popup.

As you build your menu, you can view it by clicking [Open] on the top right of the page to make sure everything looks good.

Once you are satisfied with your menu, select one of the following three options on the bottom under Menu Visibility

1. Public: The menu is publicly viewable on your business Page- anyone can view it.

2. Private: The menu is live, but not visible on your business Page, you'll need to provide people with the link directly so they can see it

3. Unlisted: The menu is not live or visible anywhere and cannot be linked to.

If for whatever reason you wish to delete your menu, click [Delete Menu] at the bottom of the page under Advanced and click OK in the popup.

On the main Menu page you can see some info about your menu in the list:

1. Last Activity: Shows the last date that the menu was accessed

2. Views: Shows the number of people have viewed the menu

3. Orders: Shows the number of orders placed via that menu

4. Status: Shows at a glance if the menu is public, private, or unlisted

5. View: A quick link to view the menu
